DiskSorter is a file classification solution allowing one to classify files in local disks, network shares, NAS devices and enterprise storage systems. 1-Oct-2026 DiskSorter v18.3 adds the ability to load lists of directories to be classified from text files allowing one to automate the file classification operations. In addition, the new product version improves the conditional file classification actions allowing one to automatically generate file classification reports according to the user-specified conditions, improves the DiskSorter Server GUI application and fixes a number of bugs.  |
6-Jun-2026 DiskSorter v18.2 redesigns the file classification progress dialog, improves the performance of the file classification operations and improves the fault tolerance of the file classification operations. In addition, the new version improves the disk activity monitor tool pane, improves the system status monitor tool pane, improves the main DiskSorter GUI application and fixes a number of bugs.  |
8-May-2026 DiskSorter v18.1 adds support for new file types to the built-in file classification plug-ins, improves the file classification pie charts, improves the file classification results dialog and improves the file classification plug-ins designer. In addition, the new product version adds support for new types of file matching rules, improves the file matching rules dialog and fixes a number of bugs.  |
